The Toronto Blue Jays have announced the 26-man active roster and five-player taxi squad for Opening Day. A complete list is below.

- INF Joe Panik has been selected to the Major League roster
- RHP Joel Payamps has been recalled from the club’s alternate training site
- LHP Travis Bergen has been optioned to the club’s alternate training site
- LHP Anthony Kay has been optioned to the club’s alternate training site
- RHP Thomas Hatch has been placed on the 10-day injured list (retroactive to March 29) with a right elbow impingement
- RHP Nate Pearson has been placed on the 10-day injured list (retroactive to March 29) with a right adductor strain
- LHP Robbie Ray has been placed on the 10-day injured list (retroactive to March 29) with a left elbow contusion
- OF George Springer has been placed on the 10-day injured list (retroactive to March 29) with a left oblique strain
- RHP Kirby Yates has been placed on the 10-day injured list (retroactive to March 29) due to right elbow surgery
- C Reese McGuire has been designated for assignment
- INF Breyvic Valera has been designated for assignment
